RATE FOR LOYALTY PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS

Book rooms on the website, accumulate nights and get discounts on hotel stays. In order to receive a discount on the loyalty card, be sure to register. 

After registration, you will receive access to your personal account. If you already have a loyalty card, you will see information about it after logging into the guest's personal account.

PROGRAM LEVELS AND DISCOUNTS

• SIMPLE – 3% discount (upon registration in the program).
• STAY – 7% discount (after accumulating 15 nights per year).
• SMART – 12% discount (after accumulating 30 nights per year).

ADDITIONAL PRIVILEGES

• Complimentary early check-in* (subject to availability on the day of arrival): starting at 11:00 for the SMART level.
• Complimentary late check-out* (if rooms are available on the day of check-out): until 14:00 for STAY level and until 16:00 for SMART level.
• Buffet breakfast is included on all levels.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS*

1. The loyalty program is available for direct bookings on the official website of Satelinn Moscow Khovrino.
2. The discount is provided from the open tariff "For loyalty program participants". Does not apply to other special offers and corporate rates.
3. The status in the program is updated once a year. If the required number of nights is not reached, the level decreases.
4. Complimentary early check-in and late check-out are provided subject to availability on the day of arrival or departure.
5. No discounts are available by phone, email, or at the reception. Only nights spent on bookings made on the hotel's official website are counted.
6. The privileges of the loyalty program participant apply only to the participant himself, without the right to transfer to third parties, regardless of the number of rooms booked by him, and are available only if the reservation is made on the official website of the hotel.
7. To count the nights spent, the guest must personally stay at the hotel, book a rate "For loyalty program participants" and pay for their stay using any available payment method. Nights for accommodation are charged on the 5th day after the guest's departure from the hotel.
