- For Russian Federation citizens - the Original of the Internal Russian Passport is intended,

According to the Decree of the Government of thr Russian Federation dated 18 Nov. 2020 №1853, in case of non-submission of documents, the hotel has the right to refuse to provide accommodation services.
Check-in of the Child at the hotel
- Check-in of children is carried out in the presence of original documents (Birth Certificate for children under 14 years old and an internal Russian Passport for children over 14 years old).
- Children under the age of 18 are accommodated at the hotel accompanied by their parents (guardians or adult escorts).
- The accompanying person is obliged to provide consent from legal representatives or from one of them, notarized or drawn up in simple written form (according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "on approval of the Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation" dated 11/18/2020 (as amended on 04/01/2021)).
Children under 3 years old – a Baby Cot is provided free of charge (upon prior request).

The cost of late check-out: from 12:00 to 18:00 - 50% of the cost of a night's stay is paid, when checking out after 18:00, 100% of the cost of a night's stay is paid.
Guaranteed early check-in and guaranteed late check-out:
are carried out only when booking the previous day and the next day, respectively, and are paid in the amount of 100% of the cost of a night's stay.
