Check-in time is from 14:00, check-out time is until 12:00.

You can check in earlier or check out later than the standard time. The possibility of providing this service depends on the availability of available seats and is charged additionally.

To check into the hotel, all guests must present original identification documents.:

• Citizens of the Russian Federation: passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, a foreign passport.
• Minor guests (under 14 years old): birth certificate.
• Foreign citizens: national passport and documents required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Please note: according to the Law, in case of failure to provide documents, the hotel has the right to refuse to provide accommodation services.

The hotel has a dynamic pricing system. The cost of accommodation is flexible and depends on the level of demand, the date of arrival and the current hotel load.

Accommodation with children

To check in a child of any age at the hotel, his personal presence and the original document are required: birth certificate (up to 14 years old) or a Russian passport (from the age of 14).

Children under the age of 18 can only stay with adults (parents, guardians, or adult escorts). If the child is accompanied by a non-parent, written consent from their legal representatives will be required. Notarization is not necessary, the document can be drawn up in simple written form.

We have created special conditions for holidays with children:

• We will install a baby cot for your baby up to 3 years old for free — just let us know if necessary when booking.
• Children under 12 years old stay in the room with their parents for free, without providing a separate bed.
• For children over 12 years old, as well as for adults, it is possible to provide an extra bed in a Family room for 2000 rubles per day.

Yes, pets can be accommodated in our hotel under the following conditions:

• Room type: allowed only in a Standard room.
• Quantity: no more than one animal (cat or dog) in the room.
• Weight: the animal's weight limit is up to 7 kg.
• Cost: the surcharge is 1,500 rubles per day per pet.
• Deposit: A refundable deposit of 5,000 rubles will be charged upon arrival. The amount will be fully refunded upon check-out if no damage has been caused to the property of the hotel.

The room rate includes a daily breakfast, which is served from 07:00 to 11:00.

Smoking (including electronic cigarettes and heating systems) is prohibited on site. Please use the designated smoking area located next to the main entrance.

A parking area is provided on site for hotel guests. Free parking for cars is available for the duration of the stay without prior reservation.

• Khovrino metro station (900 m) Exit from metro station No. 1 in the direction of Coastal Passage and Umka Sports Complex. The hotel can be reached in 10 minutes on foot along the Pribrezhniy Passage. You can also take a city bus 1 stop (exit at the Olympic Reserve School stop).
• From Sheremetyevo Airport (14 km) From terminals B and C by express bus to Khovrino metro station (travel time ~20 minutes). Then it's a 10—minute walk along the Pribrezhniy Passage or 1 bus stop to the Olympic Reserve School stop.
• It will take about 30 minutes to get to the center of Moscow by metro along the Zamoskvoretskaya (green) line.
• To the exhibition centers: Crocus Expo (12 km) ~30 minutes by car; Timiryazev Center (9 km) ~25 minutes by car.

Places for recreation, sports and shopping:

• For walking and relaxation: take a walk in just 2-3 minutes to the landscaped park and the Levoberezhny beach.
• For shopping: a 10-minute walk is the Discovery Shopping Center, located near the Khovrino metro station.
• For sports: Umka sports complex is just two minutes from the hotel.
• For walking around the city: in 10 minutes by car you will reach the famous Northern River Station or the Dynamo Sports Palace.
