Points and rewards
- The loyalty program is available for direct booking on the official website of Satelinn Moscow Khovrino - the tariff "For loyalty program participants".
- Privileges under the loyalty program (discounts on accommodation / accumulation of nights / status upgrade) They are provided when booking an open tariff "For Loyalty program participants" and do not apply to other special offers and corporate tariffs.
- The status in the program is updated once a year. If the required number of nights is not reached, the level is lowered.
- Complimentary early check-in and late check-out are provided subject to availability on the day of arrival or departure.
- Book rooms on the official website, accumulate nights and get discounts on accommodation at Satelinn Moscow Khovrino.
- No discounts are available by phone, email, or at the reception. Only nights spent on bookings made on the hotel's official website are counted.
- The privileges of the loyalty program participant apply only to the participant himself, without the right to transfer to third parties, regardless of the number of rooms booked by him, and are available only if the reservation is made on the official website of the hotel.
- To count the nights spent, the guest must personally stay at the hotel, book their accommodation at the "For Loyalty program participants" rate and pay using any available payment method.
- Nights for accommodation are charged on the 5th day after the guest leaves the hotel.
