Early check-in and late check-out

Early check-in before 14:00 and late check-out after 12:00 are possible upon prior request on the day of arrival or the day of departure. The service is confirmed upon availability of rooms.

The cost of late check-out:

• From 12:00 to 18:00 — 50% of the cost of a night's stay
• After 18:00 — 100% of the cost of a night's stay

Guaranteed early check-in and guaranteed late check-out

Guaranteed services are provided only when booking the previous/next day. Payment is in the amount of 100% of the cost of a night's stay.

Check-in at the hotel

Check-in to the hotel is possible only if you provide the original identity documents of each guest staying. According to the Law, in case of failure to provide documents, the hotel has the right to refuse to provide accommodation services.

Required documents:

• The original of the internal Russian passport, international passport — for citizens of the Russian Federation
• Original Birth Certificate — for underage guests (under 14 years old)
• Package of documents in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation — for foreign citizens

For guests with a pet:

• Notify the administration before booking.
• Provide veterinary documents (a certificate with a note about vaccinations).
• Make a security deposit of 5,000 rubles.
• Provide information about the pet: breed, age, weight (strictly up to 7 kg).

Please prepare the necessary documents in advance, as this will help you arrange your check—in quickly and comfortably.

We will be glad to see you together with your four-legged friend! The following conditions apply for a comfortable stay of guests with pets:

• Room category: Accommodation is only possible in the "Standard Room" category.
• Number and weight: no more than one pet (cat or dog) weighing up to 7 kg is allowed in one room.
• Cost: the surcharge for pet accommodation is 1,500 rubles per day.
• Deposit: upon check-in, a refundable deposit of 5,000 rubles will be charged. The amount will be fully refunded upon check-out if no damage has been caused to the property of the hotel.
• Walking: there is a special playground outside the hotel for walking with a pet.

Daily breakfast, free internet access throughout the hotel, car parking is provided free of charge for the duration of your stay.
