HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM?
You can take advantage of favorable conditions for each accommodation when booking and registering on the official website of the hotel. 

TERMS AND LEVELS OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM 

IMPORTANT TERMS*

-  The loyalty program os available for direct bookings on the official website of Satelinn Moscow Khovrino. 
-  A dicount is provided from the open rate "For loyalty program participants". Does not apply to special and corporate rates. 
-  The level in the program is updated once a year - if the required number of the nights is not reached, the level decreases. 
-  Complimentary early chech-in and late check-out are provided upon availability of rooms on the day of arrival or departure. 
-  Book rooms on the official website, accumulate nights, get discount on your stay at Satelinn Moscow Khovrino.
-  Program loyalty discounts are not available by phone, email or at the reception. Only nights spent on bookings made on the hotel's website are counted. 
-  The privilages of the loyalty program participant apply only to the participant himself, without the right to transfer to third parties, regardless of the number of rooms of rooms booked by him/ger, and are available only if the reservation is made on the official website of the hotel. 
-  To account for the nights spent, the guest must personally stay at the hotel, book the tariff "For loyalty program participants" and pay for their stay using any available payment method. Nights for member's stay are charged on the 5th day after the member's departure from the hotel.
