In case of cancellation before arrival:
- a fine of 50% of the total cost of accommodation will be charged.
Reduction of the number of nights after arrival:
- for stays of more than 5 nights – the cost of actually lived nights is withheld.
The remaining amount is returned to the bank card from which the payment for accommodation was made on the website.
- for stays less than 5 nights – the full cost of 5 nights of stay is deducted.
